Alongside the Makers Treehouse web series, the Bitlink team developed a series of short documentaries which introduce many of the ideas that we focus on in our Internet of Things (IoT) lessons. Each documentary introduces one of our four modules (Meet micro:bit, Smart Homes, Smart Farms, Smart Cities) and focuses on how real people in industry and government use IoT devices in their daily lives.

Every video was filmed in Tasmania, and involved Tasmanian businesses and professionals. All of these individuals interact with IoT devices in their businesses every day and were able to provide context for the broad range of applications that our lessons enable students to learn about.

Check out the series below!
